Training

New teachers complete an initial training program which covers the basics of teaching. Curriculum, methods, classroom management, lesson planning, and general teaching tips are introduced during the initial training program.

Training is ongoing. Kid Castle also provides a number of training DVDs. There are several workshops per year held at the head office, and each branch also organizes its own training sessions. Our workshops are practical and interactive. They are tailored to the needs of foreign teachers. During workshops, teachers discuss dealing with various scenarios, work in groups to solve tasks, watch a teaching demonstration by an experienced teacher, and participate in various discussions and activities related to teaching.
