Representing the three main faculties within the university, the works were to depict Philosophy, Medicine and Jurisprudence. Philosophy, Medicine and Jurisprudence - were rejected by the university and later destroyed by retreating German troops during World War II. Jurisprudence was exhibited in 1903 and, sharing the same symbolism as Medicine and Philosophy, was attacked in the same forceful manner.
